  • This guarantee exclusively covers defects in manufacturing.
  • Exclusions include damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, normal wear and tear, discoloration due to sun exposure, or alterations made after purchase.

This 14-day timeframe also applies to damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to ensure we can offer a full replacement or appropriate assistance.

If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, you have the option to request either a refund or a replacement. Please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will investigate the matter as a priority.

  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 2 months from your order date. Beyond this period, tracking information may become unavailable, which may limit our ability to assist.
